Administration of Medication
If your child requires prescribed medication during the school day, Parents / Carers are required to complete an administration of medication form. We are unable to give children medication which has not been prescribed by a doctor.
Parental Permission to Administer Medication
Please ensure you keep the school as up to date about any change in medical circumstances.
